Rules:

1.)  Exercise 1 hour sessions daily for 30 days.
  • Max'd Out 2X Week
  • BootCamp 3X Week
  • Running 4X Week

2.)  Eat Clean.
  • Food for Fuel

3.)  Water.
  • Drink 4 Nathan Bottles per day.
