Ingredients
- 1/4 cup teff
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 granny smith apple (diced)
- 1/2 oz. natural walnuts & almonds (I used Emerald 100 calorie pack)
- 1 tbl. apple butter
Instructions
Cook teff in water for about 5 minutes, add vanilla, cinnamon and apples. Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until water is absorbed, remove from heat. Pour into serving bowl, top with walnuts, almonds and apple butter.Eat & Enjoy! BetsC
