Simply Apple Protein Shake


Ingredients:
2/3 cup - Egg Whites
8 oz. - Simply Apple Juice
1 - banana
1 tbl. - bee pollen
2 tbl. - wheat germ
2 tbl. - golden flaxseed (ground)
12 ice cubes

Procedure:
Put all ingredients into a blender, whirl (blend until smooth) and Enjoy!!!
